ATALIAN has just acquired Cleaning Express in Singapore. With this acquisition, ATALIAN aims to reinforce its strategic objective and position as a leading supplier of global facilities management solutions. Both organizations feel that the synergies experienced after this fusion will bring benefits on both domestic and international levels. The core management team at Cleaning Express, led by Singapore Country Head Mr Abdul Aziz Yusof, will continue to lead and build on its success in Singapore.
Founded in 1988, Cleaning Express, a family-run business, employs nearly 1,000 trained professional staff and offers integrated solutions in cleaning, pest control and landscape maintenance in multiple business sectors. Its key clientele include major office buildings in the CBD area such as Asia Square and Suntec City, international banks including UBS Group AG, as well as global companies such as Facebook and Google. Other clients include Dulwich College and Tampines Mall. Cleaning Express’ subsidiary company also provides pest-control service to Singapore’s renowned Changi Airport.
